These Terms govern your use of the FC Agency LLC website and any marketing services we agree to provide. By using the site or engaging us, you accept these Terms.
FC Agency LLC provides digital marketing services to local service businesses, including Google Ads management, landing page development, and lead tracking. The specific scope, fees, and schedule of any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement or order form.
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, management fees are billed monthly in advance and third-party ad spend is billed separately. Management fees are non-refundable once the corresponding service period has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review the charge in good faith.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to advertising accounts, and the ability to handle inbound leads we generate. Advertising results are influenced by many factors outside of our control and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FC Agency LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FC Agency LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
